Queensland X-Ray Community Fund Grant
The Royal Historical Society of Queensland is very pleased to be awarded a community fund grant from Queensland X-Ray of $5000. Queensland X-Ray’s valued support will go towards the restoration of two important paintings which will then be on display at the Commissariat Store museum. The two paintings chosen to be restored are by well-known Queensland artists, Vida Lahey and Harry Strongitharm Wilkinson and the RHSQ is excited to be able to preserve these important works for future generations.
The cheque presentation in the Queensland X-Ray head office took place a short time ago and the RHSQ sincerely thanks QXR for their support.
