It is a pleasure to announce that the RHSQ is convening a half day conference on the history of the important libraries in Queensland to be held on Saturday 11 March 2023 at the Commissariat Store. The conference is titled Turning the Pages: A History of Important Libraries in Queensland. Eminent historians will present papers on the history of these libraries including two presenters on the Fryer, two on the John Oxley, one paper on the Parliamentary and one on the Welsby library.
